Order Processing (Handling Time): All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: * Within Chennai: Delivery usually takes 2–6 business days.

• Rest of India: Delivery usually takes 5–15 business days depending on the location.

• Shipping Cost: Free shipping on all orders.

Delivery for Large Systems: For heavy equipment like the 100 LPH RO Plants or Borewell Filters, our specialized team may handle the delivery and installation. Please coordinate with our Chennai office at the time of purchase.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Damages: Water Sparks is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
